It took me a few weeks to make this review. I wanted to have an honest opinion. This product is far beyond what I was expecting. I took 2 capsules every morning. I’m a Highschool teacher and I started noticing I was extremely alert and more engaging with my students. My overall mood improved. My energy has increased tremendously. I became more regular.(Sorry y’all, but it’s true) I haven’t felt as tired while running. I normally tap out after my 2nd mile. I also wasn’t as eager to eat I usually would be.
